SLATER BACK IN SIDE Michael Slater, the attacking opening batsman for NSW has been named in the Australian squad to tour India this month. After a good score in the recent Shield game with Tasmania, it didn't come as a surprise that Slater was named in the Touring Squad. Slater is expected to play in the first test as he and Taylor are the only specialist openers in the squad.
